At Inna's Floral Boutique, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully designed floral arrangements using the freshest seasonal blooms available.

1. Substitution Philosophy

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, substitutions may be necessary. When substitutions occur:

We maintain the overall style, color palette, and design integrity
We prioritize using similar flower varieties whenever possible
Substituted items will be of equal or greater value

2. Product Variations

All floral arrangements are handcrafted. Slight variations in size, shape, or bloom selection may occur and are considered part of the design process.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver within San Francisco and surrounding areas. Availability may vary based on distance and scheduling capacity.

4. Delivery Timing

Delivery windows are scheduled in advance. While we strive to meet requested dates, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

5. Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable:

Arrangements may be left in a secure location at the driver's discretion
We may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery

Once delivery is completed, responsibility for the arrangement transfers to the recipient.

6. Deliveries to Hospitals and Medical Facilities

We regularly deliver to hospitals and healthcare facilities. Please ensure accurate delivery details are provided, including:

Facility name
Recipient's full name
Room number (if available)
Contact phone number

Deliveries are made in accordance with facility policies. Flowers may be delivered to a front desk or nurse's station rather than directly to a patient.

Please note:

Intensive care units (ICU) and certain departments may not permit floral deliveries
Facilities may refuse delivery based on patient condition or internal rules

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm eligibility. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to facility restrictions.
