These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases made through Inna's Floral Boutique ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website (https://innfloralstudio.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery dates are scheduled in advance based on availability. While we make every effort to meet requested delivery dates, we do not guarantee delivery at a specific time unless explicitly agreed upon.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Traffic or unforeseen logistical issues
Recipient unavailability
Incorrect delivery details

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time
Orders canceled after this window may not be eligible for a refund
Custom arrangements, event florals, or orders already in preparation are non-refundable
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Changes to Orders

Requests to modify an order (design, delivery details, etc.) must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to delivery. We cannot guarantee changes requested after this time.

7. Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, substitutions may be made in accordance with our Delivery & Substitution Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or public health emergencies.
