Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, in many cases we can offer same-day delivery when an order is placed before 10:00 AM.
What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?
For the best chance of same-day delivery, we recommend placing your order by 10:00 AM.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout San Francisco and to select surrounding areas. If you are unsure about a location, feel free to reach out and we will gladly confirm it for you.
Do you guarantee exact delivery times?
We do our best to accommodate timing requests, but deliveries are usually made within a broader window so each arrangement can be handled with care.
Orders
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Yes, absolutely. You can choose your preferred delivery date during checkout.
Can I include a message with my order?
Yes. You can add a personal message at checkout, and we will include it with the flowers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your arrangement has not been prepared yet, we will do our best to help with any changes or cancellations.
Arrangements
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Each arrangement is made to order, so it may not be an exact match to the photo. We always aim to keep the overall style, palette, and feeling of the design.
Do you offer custom arrangements?
Yes. We are always happy to create something more custom if you have a color palette or mood in mind.
Will substitutions be made?
Yes, sometimes substitutions are needed depending on the season and flower availability. When that happens, we always do our best to keep the arrangement looking and feeling as close as possible to the original design.
Logistics
What happens if the recipient is not available?
If the recipient is not available, we will do our best to choose the most appropriate next step, whether that means leaving the flowers somewhere safe or reaching out to coordinate delivery.
Do you deliver to offices or hospitals?
Yes, we do, but hospital deliveries can come with restrictions. Some areas, including ICU, do not permit floral deliveries, and individual facilities may have their own policies as well.
We recommend reviewing our delivery policy before placing the order, and including complete delivery details at checkout such as the facility name, the recipient's full name, and a contact phone number.
Are there any restrictions for hospital deliveries?
Some hospital units, especially ICU, do not allow floral deliveries. If you are sending flowers to a hospital, we recommend checking with the facility first.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long will the flowers last?
Most arrangements are best enjoyed for around 4 to 7 days, depending on the flowers themselves and the space they are in.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If something does not feel right, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to help.
